Sally Baum – Director of What a great Day, has had a fascinating life, and draws from her vast experience in the Restaurant business and other areas of her life which include becoming  the counties youngest female driving instructor, and her work within the Film Industry.  Sally has gained considerable knowledge from her life experiences and uses this  to deliver the ultimate in customer relations and her infamous hospitality.

Sally has a reputation of knowing just about everyone,  she is a great ‘people person’ and she definitely knows the best places to see and restaurants to eat in and those to avoid. Her local knowledge will delight and enhance any trip she takes you on, and will introduce you to the better things our two county's have to offer.
